The existing home was comprised of a permanent house structure attached to a temporary mobile home. This project involved removing the temporary structure, while leaving the permanent house structure in tact. The permanent house structure was then expanded by installing a new master bedroom, with a walk-in closet, and a master bath, along with three additional bedrooms, a new guest bath, and a new living, kitchen, and dining room. A new exterior deck with roof only cover was added to the home, adjacent the master bedroom, complete with access into the bedroom, and a secondary access at the exterior with a staircase.
